Kettering General Hospital

The Kettering General Hospital Foundation Wing contract was 2 years in duration. It was a Procure 21 Project, with Interserve as the Main Contractor, which provided a state of the art, 16-Bed ITU with Trumpf multi-movement, articulated pendants. There were dual circuits at each bed, a Paediatric Assessment Unit and the Children’s Outpatient Department. Medical gases were supplied by a dedicated incoming main from the site-wide Oxygen distribution system, a triplex medical air (4 Bar) plant, an automatic Entonox manifold system and a triplex vacuum plant. In addition the main hospitals cylinder storage facility was also updated.
